    Clear policies, fair experience

Our policies are designed to keep your BOSS BABE experience transparent and fair. Our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are provided in full below; remaining operational policies are clearly marked and will be finalized shortly.

    Booking Policy

    Requires approval

Appointments are booked through our online booking system or by contacting the salon. Please choose the service that best matches what you'd like done and allow the listed appointment time. For combination or corrective services, contact us before booking so we can schedule enough time.

Your appointment is reserved once you receive a booking confirmation. Please check that the service, date, time, and contact information are correct. For the best availability, book ahead, especially for longer services such as Gel-X sets, teeth whitening, facials, and HIFU treatments.

Patricia to confirm: How far in advance clients can book, whether online bookings are automatically confirmed, and whether any services require consultation first.

    Cancellation Policy

    Requires approval

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the booking link or contact the salon. Please give as much notice as possible so the appointment time can be offered to another client.

Patricia to confirm before publishing: Required notice period, whether late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee, and how clients should contact the salon to cancel.

    Late Arrival Policy

    Requires approval

Please arrive on time. If you're running late, contact the salon as soon as possible. Depending on the service and the time available, we may need to shorten the appointment, adjust the service, or reschedule it so we don't delay the next client.

Patricia to confirm before publishing: Grace period and whether a late arrival that requires rescheduling is treated as a late cancellation.

    Deposit Policy

    Requires approval

Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve the time, particularly longer appointments or services that require preparation. If a deposit applies, the amount and payment instructions will be provided before the appointment is confirmed. The deposit will be applied to the appointment total unless the salon's approved terms state otherwise.

Patricia to confirm before publishing: Which services require deposits, the amount or percentage, when payment is due, and whether deposits are transferable or refundable.

    Refund Policy

    Requires approval

Because services are personalized, please speak with the salon if you have a concern about a completed service. We'll review the concern and discuss an appropriate next step based on the service provided. Results can vary by person, service, and aftercare.

Any refund terms for prepaid services, packages, or memberships must be provided at purchase.

Patricia to confirm before publishing: Whether service refunds are offered, the process and time limit for raising concerns, and the rules for unused package or membership sessions. Don't promise a refund, correction, or credit until she approves the terms.

    Product Return Policy

    Requires approval

Please contact the salon about a retail product you purchased if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase so the salon can review it.

Patricia to confirm before publishing: Whether change-of-mind returns or exchanges are accepted, the return window, condition requirements, and whether online and in-store purchases follow different rules.

    Privacy Policy

    Last Updated: September 23, 2026

BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa ("BOSS BABE," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our clients, prospective clients, students, website visitors, customers, beauty professionals, and other individuals who interact with our business.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, book an appointment, purchase a service or product, participate in a consultation, enroll in training, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with BOSS BABE.

BOSS BABE operates from: 2475 Finch Ave W, North York, Ontario, Canada. Phone: 647-291-6414. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca.

This Privacy Policy is intended to reflect applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") where applicable. We aim to collect, use, and disclose personal information only for reasonable and legitimate business purposes and to protect that information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

    1. ACCOUNTABILITY

BOSS BABE is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions, requests, concerns, or complaints concerning privacy may be directed to: Privacy Contact: Patricia Rodriguez, BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa, 2475 Finch Ave W, North York, Ontario, Canada. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca. Phone: 647-291-6414.

We may use third-party technology and service providers to help operate our business. Where personal information is handled by those providers on our behalf, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to select and use providers capable of handling that information responsibly.

    2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

The information we collect depends on how you interact with BOSS BABE. We limit collection to information reasonably necessary for the purposes identified at or before collection, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

    A. Identification and Contact Information - first and last name, telephone number, email address, mailing or billing information where necessary, and preferred method of communication.

    B. Inquiry and Service-Interest Information - services you are interested in, questions or comments, preferred appointment days or times, whether you are a new or returning client, information you voluntarily provide about your service needs, and the source through which you contacted us.

    C. Appointment and Booking Information - selected service, appointment date and time, service provider, booking status, appointment history, rescheduling information, cancellation information, no-show information, deposits and payment status, package or session information, booking source, and relevant booking notes.

    D. Consultation, Treatment, and Service Information - consultation responses, previous treatment or service information, relevant sensitivities or concerns, information about artificial dental work where relevant to teeth whitening, information relevant to advanced skin or aesthetic services, areas of treatment interest, service goals, treatment notes, aftercare information, provider observations, consent and acknowledgement records, and information required for public-health or other legal recordkeeping. We do not seek health or other sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested service, safety, professional review, recordkeeping, or another legitimate and lawful purpose. Providing information to BOSS BABE does not create a medical diagnosis. BOSS BABE's beauty and aesthetic services are not a substitute for medical, dental, or other regulated professional advice unless a particular service is expressly being provided by an appropriately regulated professional acting within their authorized scope.

    E. Invasive Procedure Records - where a service is considered an invasive procedure under applicable Ontario personal-service rules, BOSS BABE or the service provider may be required to maintain additional records. These may include the procedure performed, area of the body, client name and contact information, service provider information, date of procedure, a record that required procedure and risk information was provided, lot numbers and expiry dates for applicable pre-packaged sterile equipment, and other information required by applicable public-health rules. These records are handled and retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

    F. Payment and Transaction Information - amount charged, deposit amount, transaction date, payment status, payment method category, invoice information, outstanding balance, refund/credit/adjustment information, and package or purchase information. Electronic payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. BOSS BABE does not intend to collect full credit-card numbers through ordinary website forms, SMS messages, social-media messages, or email. Payment processors may collect and process payment information directly under their own privacy and security practices.

    G. Communications - website inquiries, emails, SMS/text messages, social-media messages, chat messages, appointment communications, customer-service communications, complaints and service concerns, and responses to automated or AI-assisted communications.

    H. Academy and Training Information - contact information, course of interest, prior experience, scheduling preferences, enrollment information, payment/deposit information, attendance information, completion information, questions relating to the course, and other information reasonably necessary to administer training.

    I. Beauty Professional or Space-Rental Inquiries - name, business name, contact information, profession or services offered, experience, availability, website or social-media information, and information relevant to evaluating the proposed business relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or establish a tenancy, employment relationship, partnership, or independent-contractor relationship.

    J. Photos, Videos, and Testimonials - photos or videos may sometimes be necessary for legitimate service documentation. Separate permission should be obtained before identifiable photos, videos, testimonials, before-and-after images, or similar content are used for promotional or advertising purposes where consent is required. Agreeing to receive a BOSS BABE service does not automatically mean that you agree to have your image used for marketing.

    K. Website and Technical Information - IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, website pages viewed, referring page or source, approximate interaction times, form and booking activity, cookie identifiers, analytics information, and technical information used to maintain security and performance.

    3. WHY WE COLLECT AND USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

BOSS BABE may collect and use personal information for purposes including: responding to inquiries; scheduling appointments; managing bookings; providing requested services; conducting consultations; assessing whether additional provider review is required; managing deposits and payments; processing purchases; administering packages and sessions; sending appointment confirmations and reminders; managing rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows; providing customer support; providing service instructions and aftercare information; maintaining client and treatment records; maintaining records required by law; processing course or Academy inquiries and enrollments; managing memberships where offered; managing retail transactions; responding to complaints or service concerns; preventing fraud, misuse, or security incidents; operating and improving our website and systems; measuring website performance; understanding customer demand; improving services and customer experience; maintaining accounting and business records; meeting tax, legal, regulatory, or public-health requirements; establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights; and sending promotional communications where permitted by applicable law. We will not use personal information for a materially new purpose without obtaining additional consent where required.

    4. CONSENT

BOSS BABE seeks consent appropriate to the nature, circumstances, purpose, and sensitivity of the information involved. Consent may be express or implied where permitted by law. We generally seek clearer or express consent when information is sensitive, a use would not reasonably be expected by the individual, information will be used for marketing in circumstances requiring express consent, identifiable photos or videos will be used publicly for promotional purposes, or a service requires specific treatment or procedure consent. We will not require you to consent to unnecessary collection, use, or disclosure of personal information as a condition of receiving an unrelated product or service. You may withdraw consent where legally and contractually permitted, subject to reasonable notice. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide a service where the information is genuinely necessary to provide that service or comply with legal obligations. Withdrawal does not necessarily require BOSS BABE to delete information that must be retained for legitimate legal, accounting, regulatory, safety, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

    5. SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS VS. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

    A. Service and Transactional Communications - if you submit an inquiry, create a booking, make a purchase, enroll in a course, or otherwise request a service, we may contact you regarding that matter. Examples include inquiry responses, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, cancellation or rescheduling information, payment or invoice information, package/session information, requested customer support, aftercare or service-related information, and responses to complaints. Opting out of promotional marketing does not necessarily prevent BOSS BABE from sending non-promotional messages reasonably necessary to manage an existing booking, purchase, request, or business relationship.

    B. Promotional Communications - these may include special offers, promotions, new-service announcements, rebooking campaigns, reactivation campaigns, newsletters, events, Academy promotions, and product promotions. BOSS BABE will send commercial electronic messages only where permitted by applicable law, including where appropriate consent or another lawful basis exists. Where express marketing consent is requested, it should be presented separately from consent required to receive a service. Marketing consent should not be made a mandatory condition of receiving an ordinary BOSS BABE service unless the communication is genuinely necessary for that service.

    6. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM MARKETING

You may withdraw consent to promotional communications using the method provided in the communication. For example, promotional emails may contain an unsubscribe link, SMS recipients may be able to reply STOP, and you may contact BOSS BABE directly to update your communication preferences. We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an appointment and does not necessarily prevent non-promotional communications relating to an existing appointment, transaction, account, safety issue, or customer-service request.

    7. AUTOMATION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

BOSS BABE may use automation and AI-assisted technology as part of its customer-service and administrative systems. These systems may assist with acknowledging inquiries, answering general business questions, providing verified service information, sharing booking links, collecting basic inquiry details, assisting with appointment administration, sending reminders, routing requests, identifying the service a customer is interested in, and notifying staff when human assistance is required. AI and automation are not intended to replace professional judgment for medical concerns, dental concerns, diagnosis, treatment suitability, adverse reactions, emergencies, complicated treatment decisions, or matters requiring provider assessment. An automated system should not represent that a person is medically or professionally suitable for a treatment solely because they completed a form. Customers may request assistance from a human. Automated systems may make mistakes. Important treatment, pricing, availability, payment, or policy information should be confirmed through BOSS BABE's current booking system or a BOSS BABE representative where necessary.

    8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

BOSS BABE uses third-party services to operate portions of its business. These may include providers of customer relationship management, website hosting, appointment scheduling, forms, email, SMS and telephone communications, payment processing, analytics, security, cloud infrastructure, and automation and AI functionality. Providers may include platforms such as HighLevel/LeadConnector and Stripe where those services are active. We may provide these service providers with information reasonably necessary to perform services for BOSS BABE. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy, security, and contractual practices. BOSS BABE does not sell personal information to third-party advertisers.

    9. INDEPENDENT OR THIRD-PARTY BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS

Certain professionals who provide services at, from, or in association with the BOSS BABE location may operate independently from BOSS BABE. Where information needs to be shared with the professional who will perform a requested service, BOSS BABE may provide information reasonably necessary to coordinate that service. An independent professional may have their own privacy practices and legal obligations. Where reasonably possible, clients should be informed when a service is being provided by an independent business or professional.

    10. CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING

Some technology providers used by BOSS BABE may process, access, or store personal information outside Ontario or outside Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, or regulatory authorities where legally permitted. BOSS BABE takes reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to use service providers capable of protecting personal information.

    11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes including website functionality, security, remembering preferences, performance, analytics, understanding how visitors use the website, and measuring advertising or marketing effectiveness where applicable. Some cookies may be necessary for the website to function properly. Other technologies may be used for analytics or marketing where permitted. Where consent or user choice is legally required for a particular technology, BOSS BABE will seek to provide appropriate controls. Browser settings may also permit users to block or remove certain cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

    12. PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers should not send full payment-card numbers or card security codes through ordinary contact forms, SMS, email, or social-media direct messages. If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to come from BOSS BABE, contact us through our verified business contact information before providing information.

    13. INFORMATION SECURITY

BOSS BABE uses reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in our control. Measures may include account access controls, password protection, limited access to client information, secure third-party platforms, staff awareness and confidentiality practices, reasonable technical security measures, and secure handling of physical records where applicable. More sensitive information should receive stronger protection. No website, communication channel, database, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a privacy or security breach occurs, BOSS BABE will assess the incident and take steps required by applicable law, which may include notification to affected individuals and regulatory authorities where legally required.

    14. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

BOSS BABE retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, service, regulatory, accounting, tax, safety, or legal purposes. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information. For example, inquiry information may be kept for customer-service and legitimate business purposes; financial and transaction records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes; treatment records may be retained for safety and continuity purposes; and records subject to public-health or other legislation will be kept for the legally required period. Ontario personal-service rules impose specific retention requirements for certain records involving invasive procedures and accidental exposure to blood or body fluids. Where those requirements apply, BOSS BABE will retain those records for the required period and make them available to authorized public-health officials where legally required. Once personal information is no longer reasonably required and no legal requirement requires its retention, it may be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

    15. ACCURACY

BOSS BABE makes reasonable efforts to keep personal information accurate and appropriate for the purposes for which it is used. Clients are encouraged to notify us if their contact information changes, information in their client record is inaccurate, or relevant booking information needs correction.

    16. ACCESS AND CORRECTION

Subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may request access to personal information BOSS BABE holds about you. You may also request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete. A request should include enough information for us to identify you and understand the records being requested. We may need to verify identity before providing access. There may be circumstances where access cannot legally be provided, including where disclosure would reveal another individual's personal information, legally privileged material, or information that applicable law allows or requires us to withhold. Where required, we will explain a refusal. Requests may be sent to: Patricia Rodriguez, BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca. Phone: 647-291-6414.

    17. PHOTOS, VIDEOS, TESTIMONIALS, AND BEFORE-AND-AFTER CONTENT

BOSS BABE may invite clients to permit the use of before-and-after photos, service photos, videos, testimonials, reviews, and other promotional media. Where identifiable personal information is involved and consent is required, appropriate permission will be requested. Treatment or appointment consent does not automatically constitute marketing consent. A client may decline promotional use of their image without automatically losing access to ordinary services, unless photography is genuinely necessary for legitimate treatment documentation or another lawful purpose. Any treatment-documentation photographs will be handled as client information and not automatically published.

    18. ONLINE REVIEWS

BOSS BABE may invite clients to leave honest reviews. Submitting a review directly to a third-party platform is subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms. BOSS BABE does not require a positive rating as a condition of receiving a service or resolving a concern. If a customer voluntarily gives BOSS BABE permission to display a testimonial on our website or marketing materials, we may use it in accordance with the permission provided.

    19. CHILDREN AND MINORS

BOSS BABE does not use this Privacy Policy to establish a universal minimum age for every service. Certain services may require the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian depending on the client's age, the nature of the service, applicable law, professional requirements, and the service provider's reasonable policies. Where guardian consent is required, BOSS BABE may collect information reasonably necessary to document that authorization.

    20. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may link to third-party payment platforms, social-media services, maps, booking tools, financing providers, and other websites or digital services. BOSS BABE does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. You should review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.

    21. FINANCING AND BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER SERVICES

Where available, customers may be offered third-party financing or buy-now-pay-later options. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, credit assessments, and the personal information collected for financing are controlled by the applicable third-party provider. Information provided directly to a financing provider is governed by that provider's policies. BOSS BABE does not guarantee approval.

    22. LEGAL DISCLOSURES

BOSS BABE may collect, use, preserve, or disclose personal information where permitted or required by law, including where reasonably necessary to comply with a court order or lawful government request, comply with public-health requirements, investigate fraud or misuse, protect rights, property, or safety, respond to emergencies where legally permitted, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and complete a business transaction where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

    23. BUSINESS CHANGES

If BOSS BABE undergoes a sale, reorganization, merger, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of the business, personal information may be involved in that transaction where permitted by law. Appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards will be used where legally required.

    24. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

BOSS BABE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to services, technology changes, business practices, regulatory requirements, and legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the Policy will indicate when it was most recently revised. If a change materially affects how personal information previously collected will be used, additional consent will be obtained where required by law.

    25. QUESTIONS, REQUESTS, OR PRIVACY CONCERNS

Privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, marketing-consent requests, or complaints may be directed to: Patricia Rodriguez, BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa, 2475 Finch Ave W, North York, Ontario, Canada. Phone: 647-291-6414. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca. We will review privacy concerns and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

    Terms & Conditions

    Last Updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa website, booking services, appointments, purchases, packages, courses, memberships where offered, and other services provided by or through BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa ("BOSS BABE," "we," "us," or "our").

BOSS BABE operates from: 2475 Finch Ave W, North York, Ontario, Canada. Phone: 647-291-6414. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca.

By using our website, submitting a booking, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a course, purchasing a package, or otherwise entering into a transaction with BOSS BABE, you agree to the Terms applicable to that transaction.

Additional service-specific terms, consent forms, package terms, course terms, financing-provider terms, or provider policies may apply. Where these Terms conflict with rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable Ontario or Canadian law, applicable law will prevail.

    1. ABOUT BOSS BABE

BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa provides beauty, personal-care, aesthetic, training, and related services. Services offered may include: manicures, pedicures, Gel-X and nail enhancements, nail art, facials and skin services, advanced skin services, microneedling where offered, body contouring and body sculpting, teeth whitening, tooth gems, waxing, hair services, lashes and brows, makeup, permanent makeup where offered, beauty education and Academy courses, service packages, memberships where offered, retail products, and related beauty and personal-care services.

Services, providers, pricing, availability, promotions, and hours may change. The current information displayed during booking or checkout should be reviewed before completing a transaction.

    2. WEBSITE USE

The BOSS BABE website is intended to provide information about our business and allow users to perform activities such as: learn about services, submit inquiries, book appointments, purchase eligible services or products, contact BOSS BABE, submit course or Academy inquiries, learn about packages and memberships, and interact with customer-service or automated tools.

You agree not to use the website or related systems to: submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, use stolen payment information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, harass staff, clients, or providers, abuse communications systems, scrape, reproduce, or exploit protected website content unlawfully, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access to website functions or booking systems where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

    3. SERVICE INFORMATION

BOSS BABE makes reasonable efforts to keep service information accurate. However: services may change, providers may change, appointment durations may change, prices may change, promotions may begin or end, availability may change, and product availability may change.

A website description does not guarantee that a particular service is appropriate for every person. Certain services may require: consultation, intake information, additional consent, provider review, preparation, aftercare, age or guardian authorization where applicable, or other service-specific requirements.

    4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Certain services may be performed by Patricia Rodriguez. Other beauty professionals may also provide services from, through, or in association with the BOSS BABE location. Some professionals may operate independently rather than as employees of BOSS BABE.

Where a professional operates independently, additional terms, policies, payments, consent requirements, or responsibilities may apply. Where reasonably practicable, customers should be informed when the professional providing the service is acting as an independent business or provider. Nothing in these Terms automatically creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between BOSS BABE and an independent professional.

    5. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments are subject to availability. A booking is not necessarily confirmed until the booking system or BOSS BABE provides confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including: name, phone number, email address, requested service, appointment information, and information reasonably requested in connection with the service.

If inaccurate or incomplete information affects our ability to provide the service, the appointment may need to be changed, postponed, or cancelled. Same-day appointments may be available depending on: service, provider, required preparation, booking-system availability, required consultation, and deposit/payment status. The booking calendar displayed at the time of booking controls current availability.

    6. CONFIRMATIONS AND REMINDERS

BOSS BABE may send communications concerning your appointment, including: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling information, cancellation information, payment requests, deposit information, provider changes, service instructions, and customer-service messages. These service-related communications are separate from optional promotional marketing communications. Failure to receive an automated reminder does not automatically cancel an appointment or remove the client's responsibility to attend the scheduled appointment.

    7. PRICING

Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in Canadian dollars. Prices may change without notice for future bookings or purchases. The amount displayed or expressly communicated when you complete a booking or purchase generally governs that transaction, subject to: obvious pricing errors, technical errors, applicable taxes, service modifications requested by the client, add-ons selected by the client, and applicable law.

Promotional pricing may be: time limited, availability limited, restricted to specific services, limited to new or qualifying customers, or subject to separate conditions. Promotions cannot necessarily be combined unless expressly stated.

    8. TAXES

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law. Taxes, where applicable, will be displayed or included in the transaction information provided to the customer.

    9. DEPOSITS

Certain appointments, courses, services, or packages may require a deposit. Because deposit requirements may vary by service, BOSS BABE does not apply one universal deposit percentage through these Terms. The required deposit amount or percentage will be displayed during booking or communicated before confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated: a deposit is used to reserve appointment or course time; a service deposit is normally applied toward the amount due for the booked service; deposit treatment following cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show is governed by the applicable policy and applicable law; and a new deposit may be required when rebooking after a late cancellation or no-show.

If a service page, booking calendar, written quote, course agreement, or checkout page displays a specific deposit requirement, the specific amount shown for that transaction applies. Nothing in this section removes refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

    10. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

BOSS BABE asks clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. Where less than the required notice is provided: the applicable deposit may be forfeited, a new deposit may be required for another booking, and other service-specific cancellation terms disclosed when booking may apply.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. BOSS BABE may review exceptional situations individually, but an exception provided on one occasion does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    11. RESCHEDULING

BOSS BABE asks clients to provide at least 12 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule. Where sufficient notice is provided and the change is approved, an existing deposit may be transferred to the replacement appointment where appropriate.

Deposit transfers are not guaranteed in situations involving: repeated rescheduling, insufficient notice, no-show, significant changes to the selected service, different deposit requirements, or provider-specific rules. Any applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

    12. NO-SHOWS

A client is considered a no-show when the client fails to attend an appointment and has not provided appropriate notice. For a no-show: the existing appointment deposit may be forfeited, the previous deposit will not automatically transfer to a replacement appointment, a new deposit or full prepayment may be required before another appointment is accepted, repeat no-shows may result in a requirement for full advance payment, and BOSS BABE may decline future bookings where repeated booking abuse occurs.

These terms are subject to applicable consumer law and any circumstances BOSS BABE reasonably agrees to consider.

    13. LATE ARRIVALS

Clients should arrive on time. If a client arrives approximately 10 minutes late: the service may need to be shortened, part of the service may need to be modified, or a different service may be recommended where appropriate.

If a client arrives approximately 15 minutes late or later: the appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled where there is not enough time to complete the service safely and properly without disrupting later appointments. A late arrival does not automatically entitle the client to additional time beyond the original appointment period. Where an appointment cannot proceed because of significant lateness, the applicable cancellation/deposit policy may apply.

    14. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY BOSS BABE

BOSS BABE may need to change or cancel an appointment because of circumstances such as: provider illness, emergency, equipment failure, building or utility problems, severe weather, safety concerns, scheduling error, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If BOSS BABE cancels an appointment and cannot provide the purchased service, the client will normally be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or another remedy for amounts paid toward the unperformed service, subject to applicable law. BOSS BABE is not responsible for indirect costs such as lost wages, transportation expenses, parking costs, childcare expenses, or other consequential expenses resulting from an appointment change, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

    15. MULTIPLE AND COMBINED SERVICES

Clients may be able to book more than one compatible service. Combined services remain subject to: provider availability, appointment duration, service compatibility, preparation requirements, deposit requirements, and payment requirements. Submitting multiple bookings does not guarantee that all services can be performed simultaneously or consecutively.

    16. CONSULTATIONS

Some services may require a consultation before treatment. A consultation may be used to: understand the client's goals, explain available services, review information relevant to the requested service, determine whether provider review is required, explain pricing and packages, discuss expectations, and determine whether the provider is willing and able to perform the requested service. A consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be offered.

    17. BODY CONTOURING AND BODY SCULPTING

Body-contouring and body-sculpting services are cosmetic or aesthetic services and are not represented as medical diagnosis or treatment. Depending on the service or circumstances: consultation may be required, additional intake information may be required, provider review may be required, or a service may be postponed or declined.

Results vary between individuals. BOSS BABE does not guarantee: a particular measurement change, a particular body shape, weight loss, a specific number of sessions, permanent results, or a medical outcome. Clients should not use BOSS BABE's website, AI assistant, booking system, or non-regulated beauty services as a replacement for medical advice. Questions concerning medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, significant health concerns, unexplained symptoms, or treatment safety should be directed to an appropriate regulated healthcare professional where necessary.

    18. TEETH WHITENING

Teeth-whitening results vary. Factors affecting results may include: natural tooth colour, existing staining, previous dental work, artificial dental materials, and individual response. Crowns, veneers, dentures, implants, fillings, or other artificial dental materials may respond differently from natural teeth. Clients should disclose relevant information requested during intake.

BOSS BABE does not guarantee: a specific final shade, an exact number of shades of change, identical results between customers, or permanent results. Questions involving dental disease, oral pain, unusual sensitivity, infection, or diagnosis should be directed to a dentist or other appropriate regulated professional. BOSS BABE does not provide dental diagnosis unless a service is expressly being provided by an appropriately regulated professional authorized to do so.

    19. FACIALS AND SKIN SERVICES

Skin and facial services may produce different results between clients. Certain advanced services may require additional intake, consultation, consent, preparation, or aftercare. Clients should provide truthful information reasonably requested by the provider. A provider may postpone, modify, or decline a service where there is a legitimate safety or professional concern.

Temporary responses may occur following some aesthetic services. Clients should follow provided aftercare instructions and promptly raise significant or unexpected concerns. Medical concerns should be directed to an appropriate healthcare professional.

    20. MICRONEEDLING, PERMANENT MAKEUP, PIERCING, AND OTHER INVASIVE SERVICES

Where BOSS BABE offers an invasive personal service, additional requirements may apply. Before an invasive procedure, the provider will provide information about the procedure and applicable risks as required by Ontario personal-service rules. The provider may also be required to maintain legally prescribed records.

Clients must provide accurate contact information and information reasonably necessary for the service. Specific written consent, procedure records, aftercare instructions, and public-health documentation may be required. BOSS BABE may decline or postpone an invasive service where: required consent is not provided, required information cannot be obtained, the provider has a legitimate safety concern, or the procedure would violate law, public-health requirements, professional obligations, or business policy.

    21. SERVICE RESULTS

Beauty and aesthetic services involve individual variation. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing and legally appropriate, BOSS BABE does not guarantee: an exact aesthetic outcome, that results will match another person's result, that results will match a photograph, permanent results, a precise duration of results, or that every client will respond identically. Before-and-after photos and testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

    22. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for: providing accurate booking information, providing relevant information reasonably requested for the service, following preparation instructions, arriving on time, following aftercare instructions, communicating significant concerns promptly, reading applicable booking and service policies, using accurate payment information, and treating staff and providers respectfully. Clients should not knowingly provide false information that could affect a service provider's decision.

    23. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP SERVICE

BOSS BABE or an applicable service provider may refuse, discontinue, postpone, or modify a service where reasonably necessary because of: health or safety concerns, incomplete required information, lack of required consent, abusive or threatening behaviour, intoxication, suspected fraud, unsanitary or unsafe circumstances, service incompatibility, provider professional judgment, or legal or regulatory requirements. Any payment consequences will be handled reasonably according to the circumstances, applicable policy, and applicable consumer law.

    24. SERVICE CONCERNS AND CORRECTIONS

If you have a concern with a completed service, contact BOSS BABE as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for: description of the concern, appointment date, service received, relevant photos where appropriate and voluntarily provided, and an opportunity for the provider to review the concern.

Where appropriate, BOSS BABE may offer: review of the service, correction, adjustment, follow-up service, credit, or another reasonable resolution. The appropriate resolution depends on the circumstances.

    25. REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED PERSONAL SERVICES

Because personal beauty and aesthetic services are performed specifically for an individual, BOSS BABE generally does not provide cash refunds for a completed service merely because: the customer changes their mind after service, the customer has a subjective preference concerning the result, results differ from another person's results, or a non-guaranteed expected outcome is not achieved. This does not remove rights or remedies that the customer has under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents BOSS BABE from voluntarily offering an appropriate remedy in a particular situation.

    26. PACKAGES

BOSS BABE may sell multi-session service packages. Package terms may specify: number of sessions, included services, purchase price, payment schedule, expiration/use period, scheduling requirements, provider restrictions, transfer restrictions, cancellation provisions, and other conditions.

Unless a different term is expressly disclosed at purchase, BOSS BABE's current multi-session service packages are generally intended to be completed within 12 months of purchase. Packages are generally personal to the purchaser and are not transferable unless BOSS BABE agrees otherwise. Packages are generally non-refundable once purchased, subject to: applicable consumer law, any statutory cancellation rights, specific written package terms, services BOSS BABE is unable to provide, or another resolution expressly agreed by BOSS BABE. A package consisting of multiple sessions is not treated as one continuous appointment. Each session is scheduled separately.

    27. PACKAGE SESSION SCHEDULING

Clients may be permitted to schedule multiple package sessions in advance. Availability is not guaranteed for any specific date or provider. A client who misses a prepaid package session may be subject to the package's disclosed no-show rules. A no-show does not automatically cancel or forfeit every remaining future session unless the package terms expressly and lawfully state otherwise.

    28. MEMBERSHIPS

If BOSS BABE offers memberships, the specific membership terms presented before enrollment will govern. Before enrolling, customers should be informed of applicable: recurring price, billing frequency, included services or benefits, credits, redemption conditions, rollover rules (if any), cancellation rules, renewal terms, service exclusions, and applicable taxes. Membership terms will be provided separately where required. BOSS BABE will not rely solely on this general Terms page to establish material recurring-payment terms that should be disclosed directly at enrollment.

    29. ACADEMY AND TRAINING SERVICES

BOSS BABE may offer beauty education and training through BOSS BABE Academy. Course-specific terms may include: tuition, deposit, course length, training dates, included materials, kit contents, certificate terms, rescheduling, cancellation, and student responsibilities.

Current course offerings may include: Gel-X Course (current deposit where applicable: $300) and Manicure/Pedicure Course (current deposit where applicable: $150). Prices, course structure, and availability should always be confirmed at enrollment. Course deposits may be non-refundable as disclosed at purchase, subject to statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply.

A certificate issued by BOSS BABE confirms completion of the applicable BOSS BABE training. Unless expressly stated and legally verified, a BOSS BABE course certificate should not be interpreted as: a government-issued licence, a regulated professional licence, guaranteed employment, guaranteed business income, or guaranteed eligibility for a profession regulated by law. Students are responsible for understanding licensing, insurance, public-health, business-registration, and other requirements applicable to the services they intend to provide.

    30. RETAIL PRODUCTS

BOSS BABE may sell beauty or personal-care products. Product pricing and availability may change. Any applicable return/exchange policy should be displayed or communicated at purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law. Defective, misrepresented, or otherwise legally protected purchases remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

    31. GIFT CARDS AND SERVICE CERTIFICATES

If BOSS BABE offers gift cards or gift certificates, the conditions disclosed at purchase apply subject to Ontario law. General monetary-value gift cards will not be assigned an expiry date where Ontario law prohibits expiry. A certificate issued for one specific service may be subject to different rules where permitted by law. Restrictions or conditions applicable to a gift card or certificate should be clearly disclosed at purchase.

    32. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods may include, where available: credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe-supported payment methods, cash, and approved third-party financing methods. Available methods may vary by transaction. Clients should not send full credit-card numbers through ordinary email, SMS, contact forms, or social-media messages.

    33. BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER AND THIRD-PARTY FINANCING

Certain higher-value purchases may qualify for third-party payment or financing options such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay. Availability varies and may change. Approval, financing terms, repayment obligations, credit assessments, fees, interest (where applicable), and eligibility are determined by the third-party provider. BOSS BABE does not guarantee approval. Customers using financing services enter into separate terms with the financing provider.

    34. PAYMENT PLANS

Where BOSS BABE offers an internal or third-party payment plan: payment amount, payment dates, total amount, applicable fees (if any), services included, and cancellation terms should be disclosed in the applicable agreement before purchase. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of unused services where legally permitted.

    35. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact BOSS BABE promptly so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms removes any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper transaction with a card issuer or payment provider. Knowingly submitting a fraudulent chargeback may result in BOSS BABE providing relevant transaction records to the payment processor and taking lawful steps to recover amounts properly owed.

    36. ONLINE PURCHASES AND WRITTEN AGREEMENTS

Certain online purchases, future services, packages, courses, memberships, and other consumer transactions may be subject to specific written-disclosure requirements under Ontario consumer law. Where those requirements apply, BOSS BABE will seek to provide the required transaction information in electronic or written form. Information displayed through checkout, booking confirmation, invoice, receipt, package agreement, course agreement, membership agreement, these Terms, or applicable service-specific policies may collectively describe the transaction, subject to any specific disclosure requirements imposed by law.

    37. PHOTOS AND MEDIA

BOSS BABE may take photographs where reasonably necessary for legitimate service documentation. Permission to receive a service does not automatically authorize BOSS BABE to use an identifiable person's photograph, video, testimonial, or likeness for public marketing. Promotional use should be covered by separate appropriate consent. Clients may decline optional marketing/photo consent without automatically being denied an ordinary service.

    38. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

BOSS BABE may request honest reviews from clients. Clients are not required to leave a positive review. A review request is not a guarantee of an incentive, refund, or special treatment. If a client gives BOSS BABE permission to reproduce a testimonial or review in marketing, BOSS BABE may use it within the scope of that permission.

    39. PRIVACY

Use of personal information is governed by BOSS BABE's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall website and customer-information framework. The current Privacy Policy is available through the BOSS BABE website.

    40. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

BOSS BABE may send marketing communications where permitted by law. Marketing communications may include: promotions, offers, service announcements, reactivation messages, rebooking promotions, Academy information, and product information. Where express marketing consent is required, customers should be given an affirmative opportunity to provide it. Marketing consent is separate from consent reasonably necessary to administer an existing booking or transaction. Recipients may withdraw promotional consent using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting BOSS BABE.

    41. AI AND AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SERVICE

BOSS BABE may use AI-assisted or automated systems to support: inquiries, booking, frequently asked questions, service information, appointment reminders, routing, follow-up, and administrative communications. Automated responses are intended for general information and administrative support.

An AI or automated system is not authorized to: diagnose medical conditions, diagnose dental conditions, determine treatment suitability where professional judgment is required, provide emergency advice, guarantee treatment outcomes, invent prices or policies, promise a refund, or override provider judgment. Customers may request human assistance. If automated information conflicts with a confirmed written booking, invoice, service-specific policy, or direct instruction from an authorized BOSS BABE representative, the matter should be reviewed by BOSS BABE before relying on the automated response.

    42. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY

BOSS BABE may use third-party platforms to operate: website, booking, forms, CRM, communications, payments, financing, analytics, and automation. These may include services such as HighLevel/LeadConnector and Stripe where active. Third-party products and services are subject to their own terms, policies, service availability, and security practices. BOSS BABE cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.

    43. TECHNICAL ERRORS

Technology occasionally behaves like technology. If a technical error results in: duplicate booking, incorrect availability, obviously incorrect pricing, duplicate charge, incorrect service assignment, or system-generated misinformation, BOSS BABE will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct the problem.

Where an obvious pricing or availability error occurs before a service is performed, BOSS BABE may contact the customer to: correct the transaction, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund an amount paid where appropriate. Any action will remain subject to applicable consumer law.

    44. WEBSITE CONTENT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE

Information on the BOSS BABE website, social media, chatbot, automated messages, or promotional materials is general information. It should not be interpreted as: medical diagnosis, dental diagnosis, prescription, emergency advice, guarantee of suitability, or guarantee of results. Individuals with health or medical concerns should consult an appropriate regulated professional.

    45. EMERGENCIES AND ADVERSE REACTIONS

BOSS BABE's website, SMS system, social media, AI assistant, and general customer-service channels are not emergency medical services. If a person experiences a serious or urgent medical reaction, they should seek appropriate emergency or medical assistance rather than waiting for a website, chatbot, SMS, or social-media response. Clients should also notify BOSS BABE of relevant service concerns so they can be appropriately documented and reviewed.

    46. PUBLIC-HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

BOSS BABE intends to operate applicable personal services in accordance with relevant public-health requirements. Certain personal services may require: client records, informed explanation of procedure and risks, sterile equipment records, infection-prevention procedures, aftercare, and incident records. Clients agree to cooperate with reasonable information and safety requirements necessary for BOSS BABE or the provider to lawfully perform the requested service.

    47. ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE AND INCIDENT RECORDS

Where an accidental exposure to blood or body fluids occurs, information relating to the incident may be documented and retained as required by Ontario personal-service regulations. Information may also be provided to authorized public-health officials where legally required.

    48. MINORS

BOSS BABE does not establish one universal age requirement for all services through these Terms. A particular service may require: minimum age, parent or legal guardian authorization, provider approval, or additional consent, depending on the nature of the service, applicable law, public-health rules, and provider requirements. BOSS BABE may refuse a service where appropriate authorization cannot be obtained.

    49. CLIENT CONDUCT

BOSS BABE is committed to a professional environment. BOSS BABE may refuse or end service for: harassment, threats, violence, discrimination toward staff or clients, deliberate damage, fraud, repeated abusive behaviour, or conduct creating a legitimate safety risk. Where service is ended because of serious client misconduct, payment consequences will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

    50. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Clients are responsible for reasonable care of their personal belongings while visiting BOSS BABE. To the extent permitted by law, BOSS BABE is not responsible for ordinary loss, theft, or damage to unattended personal property unless caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

    51. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The BOSS BABE website may contain links to: social networks, payment services, financing services, maps, other businesses, or external websites. BOSS BABE does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or contractual terms.

    52. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original BOSS BABE website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, educational materials, and other original materials are owned by BOSS BABE or used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization except where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms gives BOSS BABE ownership of content belonging to a client or third party.

    53. COURSE MATERIALS

Academy training materials supplied to a student may be protected intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a course gives the student the right to use the course materials for their own education. It does not automatically authorize: resale, republishing, copying an entire course, selling course materials, recording and distributing training, or representing BOSS BABE course content as the student's own training program.

    54. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability, rights, or remedies where doing so is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, BOSS BABE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting solely from: website interruption, third-party platform failure, appointment schedule changes, unauthorized misuse of the website by another person, or circumstances outside BOSS BABE's reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted. This section does not eliminate obligations BOSS BABE may have for its own conduct where liability cannot legally be excluded.

    55. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

BOSS BABE may be unable to provide services because of circumstances outside reasonable control, including: severe weather, power outage, building closure, government restriction, public-health emergency, equipment failure, internet or telecommunications outage, or provider emergency. BOSS BABE will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes and provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund remedy for unperformed paid services where required by the circumstances or applicable law.

    56. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

BOSS BABE does not guarantee that its website, booking system, email, telephone, SMS, payment system, or third-party platforms will always be: available, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical problems. We may perform maintenance or make system changes.

    57. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR BUSINESS OPERATIONS

BOSS BABE may: add services, remove services, change providers, adjust operating hours, change future pricing, modify booking availability, change technology systems, or discontinue promotions. Changes do not remove contractual or statutory rights relating to transactions already entered into.

    58. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

BOSS BABE may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes will generally apply prospectively. Where a material change affects an existing agreement and consent or notice is legally required, BOSS BABE will handle the change in accordance with applicable law.

    59. SEVERABILITY

If a court or other competent authority determines that part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

    60. NO WAIVER

If BOSS BABE chooses not to enforce a particular provision on one occasion, that does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision later.

    61. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

For a specific transaction, the applicable agreement may include: these Terms, Privacy Policy, booking information, checkout terms, service-specific consent, package agreement, membership terms, Academy/course terms, written quote, invoice or receipt, or other terms expressly presented and accepted for that transaction. If a transaction-specific written term conflicts with a general term on this page, the more specific term will generally govern that transaction unless prohibited by law.

    62. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer, privacy, public-health, or other laws.

    63. QUESTIONS OR CONTACT

Questions about these Terms, a booking, a service, or a transaction may be directed to: BOSS BABE Nails & Beauty Med Spa, 2475 Finch Ave W, North York, Ontario, Canada. Phone: 647-291-6414. Email: patricia@bossbabenailsandbeauty.ca.
